TRUST
But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

To believe a thing or in a thing is the first step. Trusting is the next step. Trusting in the Lord gives me strength because I’m moving in His strength. I may not physically feel that I’m moving in His strength; but the fact that I’m moving, functioning and accomplishing, speaks to the trust I have in His strength. Relax, relate, release, trust!
